Fluctuations in temperature can accelerate aging or damage your wine. LeCavist cabinets maintain a consistent temperature, ideally around 12°C (54°F), to ensure a slow, harmonious evolution of every bottle.
Controlled Humidity
To keep corks from drying out and to prevent air from entering the bottle, our systems maintain humidity levels between 50% and 75%. This protects both the integrity of the wine and its label over time.
UV Light Protection
Exposure to light, especially UV rays, can degrade wine by triggering premature oxidation. LeCavist wine cabinets are built with UV-resistant glass and dark interiors to shield your wines from harmful light.
No Vibrations
Even the slightest vibrations can disturb the delicate balance of aging wine. Our cabinets use low-vibration technology to keep your wines undisturbed — just like in a traditional underground cellar.
Clean, Odor-Free Air
Wine breathes through its cork, and ambient odors can affect its aroma and taste. That’s why LeCavist integrates activated charcoal filters and proper air circulation to ensure a clean, neutral environment.
