Online ordering was easy, received an automated response advising they would notify when it was sent. I placed the order Friday afternoon and by Wednesday had received no communication or shipping details so I emailed only to receive two more automated messages telling me a service rep would be in touch shortly. 24hrs later no response so I phoned and spoke to a lady in Australia who confirmed the order was being prepared. Later that afternoon I received confirmation of the tracking details from the Australian office. The freighting company had the fridge at their local depot (20mins away) for 10 days before delivering.
The fridge itself, thankfully is a nice stylish product that has been packed well.
Haven't installed yet so can't comment on performance. The positives are it looks great and really appreciated being given a refund when the price on NZ website dropped after purchase and before it was delivered. The negative and an area for improvement is we never got any responses to pre-purchase questions via the online chat and email. Had to telephone to get answers.
Easy to order, sale was processed promptly, but the freight cost ($90) was more than the shelf itself. I queried this but was assured it was correct. Pretty extreme for a really light package.

I have a few queries.
Should the top of my fridge be so hot that it feels you could fry an egg on its.
Also seems very noisy (not what lead to believe) to the degree that it gets quieter when you turn on the internal light. Have taken a video but file seems a bit big to send.

Looks great and for us the extra racks was well worth the cost. Would be great in future if shelves were adapted to have a label holder, but not a deal breaker. Would buy again and recommend.

Loving it! I have only just filled it up as we were renovating and had to wait for it to arrive, but I am so pleased with it.
It looks good, holds lots of wine and isn't too noisy... I love it.
So far so good. Unpacked 2 X 195 bottle single zone built in professional fridges - have them running and pulling down the temp of some very hot wine which would have suffered in the extreme heat we have been having over the last few weeks. (Should have bitten the bullet on wine fridges long ago!)
LeCavist were very easy to deal with, including organising delayed deleivery to a depot for on-shipping to our relatively remote location. Fridges were easy to load with only a couple of bottle shapes giving a little grief and costing us a bit of space, but not nearly as problematic as I expected. Sliding shelves are excellant. Just have to remember to push them right "home" when sliding them in. Love the look of the fridges, just not a big fan of the colored lights (easy to turn off or just leave as white). They are certainly heavy (which is a good thing) and a two bloke job to move. Have a small wine fridge that looks like it is in the process of dying - will be looking at a LeCavist as a replacement for it.
Prompt action after emailed to follow up delivery date during Christmas period.
We replaced a wine fridge we purchased some 6 years ago from a different manufacturer that "died" with a LeCavist wine fridge - we visited the showroom at Alexandria with one model in mind but upgraded to a dual zone model. We found the showroom staff knowlegeable but not "pushy" and would recommend anyone considering a wine fridge to attend the showroom before committing. We are very pleased with our buy: the fridge is attractive, easy to fill and extract bottles and the dual zone provides versatility. We look forward to many more years of wine storage.
Our wine fridge arrived very promptly. It fits perfectly for the area we want. Easy to setup the dual zones. Looks great with the internal lighting. Would recommend.
After much deliberation about purchasing online as to an in-store purchase of a different brand, I went ahead with the lecavist 168 pv. Delivery arrived within a few days and extremely happy with my cabinet. Will be purchasing again. Cheers to the team for all the support with my questions and prompt responses.
A wonderful experience dealing with LECAVIST. Would recommend 100%. Also the freight company they use were really on to it and nothing was too much trouble. 10/10
I would love to review the 248-bottle wine cabinet. Unfortunately I have not received it. I set up an appointment with Mainfreight to deliver it on Saturday morning. They never showed, nor did they contact me, and nor did they respond to my complaints via email. This is not your fault but it is APPALLING customer relations by them.

Looks like a great buy. Too early to say how good it is at actually storing my wine, but is doing a good job at maintaining a stable temperature. Would certainly recommend it to anyone who wants to store their wine properly.
