Refund policy

At LeCavist, we want you to feel confident in your wine fridge purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your wine fridge.

Returns
You have 7 days after receiving your wine fridge to request a return.

To be eligible:
-Your wine fridge must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received it.
-It must be in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation.
-You’ll need to provide proof of purchase, such as your receipt or order confirmation.
-To start a return, please email us at hello@lecavist.com. If your return is approved, we’ll issue you a return shipping label along with clear instructions on where and how to send your wine fridge back.
-Please do not send your wine fridge back without first contacting us – it will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging and delivering your wine fridge, but if something’s not right:
-Inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
-If your wine fridge is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@lecavist.com.
-We’ll review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
-Sale items
-Gift cards
-Exchanges


Need a different wine fridge model or size?
The fastest way is to:
-Return your current wine fridge following the return process.
-Once your return is accepted, place a new order for your preferred model.
-Please note: return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
Once your returned wine fridge arrives and is inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome:
-If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
-Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund — this may take several business days.
